What Richmond Hill homeowners say
“Yes. Wwe have been referring Interlock to our friends and family. I wish the salesman knows better about the quality of shingles and be honest with customers. Initially, we like the Shake high profile shingles, but worry about the dents during installation.”
See this roof 3 photos · Tudor Brown Cedar Shingle“Communication and follow-up was a bit lack luster. Phone line often unattended.”
“I am very satisfied with what they have installed. I'm generally satisfied with them. I was also really impressed that they managed to do the project during Winter time.”
“Cleanliness of job site. John should clarify that ring nails NOT screws are being used instead of letting the false info of the video speak.”
“We’ve signed the contract and hoping for a smooth installation and supreme post installation service.”
“Not much. Maybe inventory management. The work had to pause a few days, because the warehouse ran out of materials (that I had already bought), we they had to wait to re-stock for a few days. I am ok though, just surprised, that once a contract came into effect, no one placed a hold on total materials required for the job. Now I'd guess we will give it the test of time and tell mother nature, Bring it on! Time will judge the rest. Overall, very pleased. Thanks to the entire crew.”
Roofing in Richmond Hill: what to plan for
Why Ontario roofs keep getting replaced
Freeze-thaw, summer heat and wind work on asphalt shingles every year: granules loosen, edges curl and tabs lift. An Interlock roof has no granules to lose and no tabs to lift, and its panels lock to each other on all four sides.
The look of slate or cedar, without the weight
Interlock's Slate, Cedar Shingle and Shake profiles keep the look on a century home, a postwar bungalow or a cottage at roughly 2 to 3.5 kg per square metre, a fraction of concrete tile or natural slate.
Snow that slides, where you want it to
Smooth aluminum lets snow slide rather than sit. We plan snow guards over entries, walkways, decks and the driveway at the quote, so it comes off where it should.
One installer, one set of warranties
We install every roof ourselves. The manufacturer's Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty and our 10 year labour warranty come with it, and our service team is in Ontario.
