What Pickering homeowners say
“Brad was awesome. What a trooper. Great workmanship and wonderful personality. He is the an awesome person. Great company too. Highly recommend it.”
“Nothing comes to mind at this time Due to the delay in submitting my financial application and the lack of initial follow up I would like to thank Bob and Carla for turning it around promptly. And a thank you to Tony and his team for installing the roof without having to wait an undetermined amount of time”
“A touch point from James would have been beneficial. A more thorough resolution and fix to our damaged interlock curb would have been appreciated.”
“They should have more workers on the site. Most days they only had two guys on site.”
“Clearer installation instructions to avoid misunderstandings. The snow guards installed were not strategically positioned. There are significant avalanches that are very loud and disruptive.”
“Not sure, and,if i do - time to install a roof will be a topic. Internal or independent inspector should come to inspect an installation!!!”
Roofing in Pickering: what to plan for
Why Ontario roofs keep getting replaced
Freeze-thaw, summer heat and wind work on asphalt shingles every year: granules loosen, edges curl and tabs lift. An Interlock roof has no granules to lose and no tabs to lift, and its panels lock to each other on all four sides.
The look of slate or cedar, without the weight
Interlock's Slate, Cedar Shingle and Shake profiles keep the look on a century home, a postwar bungalow or a cottage at roughly 2 to 3.5 kg per square metre, a fraction of concrete tile or natural slate.
Snow that slides, where you want it to
Smooth aluminum lets snow slide rather than sit. We plan snow guards over entries, walkways, decks and the driveway at the quote, so it comes off where it should.
One installer, one set of warranties
We install every roof ourselves. The manufacturer's Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty and our 10 year labour warranty come with it, and our service team is in Ontario.
