What Markham homeowners say
“Got the roof done a few weeks ago — John and CJ did an excellent job with the install. They went above and beyond helping me fix a vent issue we’d been dealing with. I went with the Musket Gray color, and I’m really happy with how the final product turned out. Highly recommend!”

See this roof 2 photos · Black Slate“The job was done in the winter, but it went really smooth. They adhered to safety, quality, and installation. The job was done very well and I am happy with them.”

Although the project was a success in my opinion, a simple call back or answer to my email, from who I thought was most responsible for installation would have given you a perfect score. There was a breakdown in communication here. Communication workshops for staff to help improve their communication skills may help. Refer to my Google review.”
“Great experience from the first meeting with Bruce and Brian to close the deal! Then the post installation set up with Tony and the installation with Wyman and his crew was amazing! Bruce and I kept in touch throughout the whole process. We cannot be happier with the purchase and the beautiful look of our new metal roof! Thank you, Arnaldo”
“Tony Alpalfa, the installer, was amazing. I even had a comment from my builder when Tony was installing one of the valleys. My builder said most installers would have the valley installed in 5 minutes. Tony took 30 minutes as it was a challenging valley to install.”
Roofing in Markham: what to plan for
Why Ontario roofs keep getting replaced
Freeze-thaw, summer heat and wind work on asphalt shingles every year: granules loosen, edges curl and tabs lift. An Interlock roof has no granules to lose and no tabs to lift, and its panels lock to each other on all four sides.
The look of slate or cedar, without the weight
Interlock's Slate, Cedar Shingle and Shake profiles keep the look on a century home, a postwar bungalow or a cottage at roughly 2 to 3.5 kg per square metre, a fraction of concrete tile or natural slate.
Snow that slides, where you want it to
Smooth aluminum lets snow slide rather than sit. We plan snow guards over entries, walkways, decks and the driveway at the quote, so it comes off where it should.
One installer, one set of warranties
We install every roof ourselves. The manufacturer's Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty and our 10 year labour warranty come with it, and our service team is in Ontario.
